The Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse is a nonprofit community arts organization dedicated to promoting public awareness and understanding of traditional music—music that is rooted in and expressive of the great variety of regional, ethnic, and social cultures of peoples throughout the world. We are supported by your attendance, grants, musicians' benefit performances, volunteer efforts, and your generous tax deductible donations.

Music is all about community, and nothing draws people together like a shared musical experience.  Make a gift today so that we will continue to enjoy this rich legacy of traditional music for many years to come.

You can make a donation with cash, check, or credit card at the box office,
by phone at (510) 644-2020, x120, or online.
