Tom Creegan learned the pipes and tin whistle in the Pipers’ Club headquarters in Dublin. He played extensively in Europe and Canada before founding his own band in Seattle, the Suffering Gaels. He has shared the stage with such luminaries as Kevin Burke and the late Micheál Ó’Domhnaill. Patrick D’Arcy, also from Dublin, tours regularly, playing venues from the Waterfront in Belfast to the Grand Ol’ Opry in Nashville. He has performed for such familiar figures as Quincy Jones, Bono, David Foster, and the Kennedy and Shriver families. He is a founding member of the Southern California Uilleann Pipers Club. Irish Music Magazine says, “Todd Denman is now recognized everywhere as a master of the uilleann pipes and whistle.” Todd received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to apprentice with master piper Denis Brooks. Since then he has performed with the San Francisco Symphony and with folklorist and Irish music pioneer Mick Moloney, and released six critically acclaimed albums. Patrick Sky has sold out Carnegie Hall and played all over Europe and America. He’s shared the stage with Pete Seeger, Buffy Sainte Marie, Joni Mitchell, and Emmylou Harris. In addition to recording seven solo albums, he’s produced more than 30 albums for other artists, including Mississippi John Hurt and the great Irish piper Seamus Ennis.
