Singer, songwriter, guitarist, mandolinist, and longtime stalwart of the Bay Area music scene, Gerry Tenney brings us an evening of musical commentary on economic downturns and labor struggles. Taking songs from two seminal albums from the 1950s, Pete Seeger's American Industrial Ballads and the New Lost City Ramblers' Songs From the Depression, Gerry and his Hard Times Orchestra stitch them together with other, related songs in a concert combining contemporary and historic music.
